jelibo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jelibo platform, including the website at jelibo.pro, all associated mobile pages, sports betting services, live casino, slot games, crash games, promotional features, and any other product or service offered under the jelibo brand (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

jelibo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jelibo holds its operating licence. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal under the laws applicable in their country, state, or territory of residence. jelibo does not provide legal advice and accepts no responsibility for any player's non-compliance with local laws.

The Services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Services as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a business or representative of a business.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jelibo or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from jelibo under a self-exclusion agreement or had an account closed for breach of these terms.

jelibo operates as an offshore platform and makes its Services available on a global basis subject to applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. jelibo makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

jelibo reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse access to the Services to any individual or from any jurisdiction at any time, without prior notice and without providing reasons. Players found to be accessing the Services from a restricted territory will have their accounts suspended, open bets voided, and pending deposits or withdrawals returned where technically possible.

To access the full range of jelibo Services, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile phone number, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a preferred currency (BDT or INR).

jelibo operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. As part of this process, you may be required at any time to submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other account belongs to you).
• Source of funds documentation where jelibo has reasonable grounds to request it.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is completed. jelibo reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Accounts where documentation cannot be verified to jelibo's satisfaction may be closed.

You warrant that all information provided to jelibo during registration and throughout the KYC process is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify jelibo promptly if any registered information changes. jelibo accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

All bets placed through jelibo's sportsbook, live betting, casino, and crash game products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the matter in question.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for ICC events, or FIFA for international football). Where a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or shortened below the minimum required duration, jelibo's settlement rules for that sport type will apply and are published within the sportsbook help section.

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified studio partners are subject to the rules displayed at each live table. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome as recorded by the game server at the point of disconnection will be treated as the final result. jelibo is not liable for interrupted gameplay due to network issues on the player's side.

Slot games use certified random number generator ("RNG") technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Each spin is an independent event.

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, are provably fair products. The multiplier outcome for each round is determined by a cryptographically verifiable algorithm. Players may independently verify the fairness of each round using the seed values provided within the game interface. Winnings are credited immediately upon a successful cash-out before the crash event.

jelibo reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event has commenced (where in-play betting was not the intended product), placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical fault, placed in circumstances that indicate abuse of the system, or placed in contravention of any provision of this Agreement. Void bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake value.

jelibo offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around Bangladesh cricket events, BPL season, Eid-ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. As a general principle, jelibo bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

The following general bonus rules apply across all jelibo promotions unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

Multiple bonus balances may not be stacked unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Claiming a second deposit bonus while a first remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance. Players are encouraged to review their active bonus balance and wagering progress within the account section before making a new deposit.

jelibo does not guarantee the continued availability of any promotion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their participation honoured under the terms in place at the time of opt-in, provided no abuse has been detected.

jelibo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools enabling players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 90 days, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings panel after login.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature immediately and to seek assistance from relevant support organisations. jelibo's full responsible gaming guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page. Once a self-exclusion is activated, jelibo will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion, but players are responsible for not circumventing the restriction by opening new accounts.

jelibo will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or deposit during their exclusion period. Any winnings generated by a self-excluded player in breach of their exclusion agreement may be forfeited. The 21+ age restriction is enforced at registration and may be re-verified at any time by jelibo's compliance team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelibo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse across jelibo accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account access with another individual or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer game formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jelibo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited after being notified of the restriction.

All content on the jelibo platform — including but not limited to the jelibo brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jelibo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jelibo content without the prior written consent of jelibo. Unauthorised use of jelibo intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jelibo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services. Planned maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jelibo's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jelibo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jelibo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement limits jelibo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jelibo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of jelibo's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the legal basis for processing, the categories of data collected, retention periods, and your data subject rights.

jelibo may share player data with its licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law and its operational obligations. jelibo will not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jelibo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, jelibo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

You may close your jelibo account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

jelibo may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of this Agreement, where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to jelibo, or where jelibo is required to do so by a competent authority. In such cases, jelibo will provide a written explanation to the player's registered email address where doing so is not prohibited by law.

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jelibo holds its operating authorisation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jelibo's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by jelibo.

jelibo operates an internal complaints procedure. Players who wish to raise a complaint must do so in writing by contacting [email protected]. jelibo will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through the internal process, further escalation options will be communicated at that stage.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
